"Join Erin and Sophie for a night of community gatherings. We come together to play instruments, chant, meditate, share, and connect.
Our Drum Circle is a safe space to express ourselves, deepen our self-awareness, and fuel creativity. It is an opportunity to connect with others in a fun and supportive environment and experience the transformative power of music and mindfulness. It's a spiritual family.
Men & Women welcomed
No music or meditation experience is necessary
If you want to bring an instrument, that is AWESOME!
This is a recurring gathering on the 2nd Monday of each month
To support this program and to ensure that we can continue to provide this wonderful opportunity, we welcome donations from participants.
